Noble Bird Rotisserie

Noble Bird Rotisserie is a locally-owned, chef-driven restaurant offering “better bird” rotisserie chicken, composed sides and a modern, elevated dining experience in Long Beach. The chickens are sustainably-sourced and pasture-raised with zero hormones and antibiotics, all brined for 24-hours before being slow-cooked for juicy and succulent chicken that’s served fresh off the spit.

Rounding out the menu of clean eats is an array of inspired side dishes including charred green beans with black bean garlic sauce and tamarind carrots. Beverage options include handcrafted lemonades and teas, along with a selection of curated local craft beers and wines.
