PCH Raising Decibels, Live Music Concert Series

2ND & PCH invites the community to PCH Raising Decibels, Live Music Concert Series. Join us on Seaport Way for free family-friendly concerts! Guests are encouraged to bring their own chairs and blankets. Seating is first come, first serve starting at 11:00 am. A dance area will be provided.

Concerts are held on select Thursdays, 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Grab your dancing shoes and get ready for performances by:

  • July 20th: New Doubt, World’s Top Tribute to No Doubt
    • With a seal of approval from Gwen Stefani herself, the “World’s Best Tribute to No Doubt,” looks and sounds like the real deal, performing all of No Doubt’s chart-topping hits, as well as popular favorites by Sublime, Radiohead and other 90’s rock groups.
  • July 27th: Tomorrows Bad Seeds
    • Cultivated in the South Bay, Tomorrows Bad Seeds embodies the surf and street culture of Los Angeles, perfectly blending the sounds of hip hop, punk, reggae, rock and soul.
  • August 3rd: Blue Breeze Band
    • Providing audiences with the best of motown, R&B, soul, funk, jazz and blues, this 6 – 12 piece band is sure to pack the dance floor with their funky soul rhythms composed of amazing vocals, keyboards, drums, guitar and an extraordinary horn section.
  • August 10th: Rod the Mod, Never a Dull Moment Tribute Band
    • A rock band with a unique blend of raw energy and a lead singer that encapsulates the subtle nuances of Rod Stewart himself, Rod the Mod brings an exciting performance and genuine representation of Rod Stewart’s concerts.
  • October 5th: Start Me Up! (Rolling Stones Tribute Band)
    • Reputed as the most authentic recreation of the Rolling Stones, the sights, sounds and moves of Start Me Up! and Tina Turner impersonator bring a high energy show that will have the crowd dancing and singing along all night.
  • October 12th: Kenny Metcalf as Elton The Early Years (Tribute Band)
    • Kenny Metcalf recreates performances by lively and legendary, Elton John, with dazzling outfits, impressive vocals and a spectacular band that take the audience on a nostalgic adventure.
  • October 26th: Bruno and the Hooligans (Bruno Mars Tribute Band)
    • Specializing in a complete Bruno Mars concert production, this tribute band includes a high-stepping male vocalist and talented musicians, who together provide an exciting mix of the Funk and R&B sound of Bruno Mars with unmatched detail.

Opening acts will be announced at a later date.

FREE face painting or airbrush tattoos 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm

Event Etiquette

Please keep the following guidelines in mind and be considerate of fellow attendees, while enjoying these events.

  • Seating is first come first serve.
  • Attendees may not reserve spots before 11:00 am on event day
  • Use of plastic tarps, canopies, stakes, or ropes is not permitted to reserve spots
  • Umbrellas and canopies or other items obstructing views are not permitted
  • Use low-backed chairs to minimize visibility issues behind you
  • Alcohol is not permitted unless dining within a restaurant or restaurant patio
  • No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, etc.
  • Do not stand on or reposition the furniture
  • Do not tamper with speakers, electrical outlets, cords, or other equipment
  • Do not hang on, tamper with or touch stanchions
  • Do not sit/position your seating within the designated dancing area
  • Climbing on and/or walking through the center landscape is strictly prohibited
  • Sidewalks, crosswalks, ADA ramps, and other walkways must remain clear at all times.
  • Portable cooking equipment is prohibited.
  • Only authorized personnel are permitted on the stage.
  • Bicycles, skateboards, scooters (including electronic), skates, and or roller blades are not permitted along Seaport Way (concert venue).
  • Professional cameras or video equipment including drones or other similar equipment is prohibited.
  • Do not leave children unattended
  • Pets are welcome but must remain on a leash and in your physical control at all times
  • Owners are responsible for cleaning up after pets
  • Return the area to the way you found it, including but not limited to disposing of all trash in dedicated trash receptacles
  • 2ND & PCH Code of Conduct must be followed at all times
