BE Fit Modern Pilates
BE Fit | Modern Pilates is a HIGH intensity, but low-impact workout. Our trainer’s design routines that will allow you to transition quickly and smoothly from one exercise to another to maintain an increased heart rate and keep your blood pumping. It is the core-building and muscle-lengthening principles of Pilates, with an added intensity to kick-start metabolism. At BE Fit, you can expect 50-minutes of heart-pumping music, muscle-quivering, and total body strengthening workout. We fuse Pilates, cardio, and resistance training that will engage your slow-twitch muscle fibers. With higher reps, focus on a slower tempo, and avoiding rest periods, the workout will push your muscles to SHAKE which results in a faster change.
