Noble Bird Rotisserie is a locally-owned, chef-driven eatery. We’re proud to serve Pasturebird chicken (free of GMO’s, antibiotics, drugs and additives) in addition to Beeler’s all natural duroc spare ribs and Cedar River Farms sustainable beef. Seasonal sides are fresh, veggie-forward, and great for sharing; and an array of unique sandwiches, salads, bowls, and daily plate specials round out the menu. Additionally, brunch is served daily from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
There are several vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free offerings, along with hand crafted lemonades, frosé, wine and local craft beers on tap.
Whether it’s lunch on the wraparound Marina facing patio, date night by the fireplace watching the sun set, or a table by the kids nook for family night— we’ve got something for everyone!
